Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip (doubled)

3 green onions, chopped
2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 cans of artichoke hearts drained and chopped into small pieces.
16 oz cream cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
¾ - 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 ½ tsp red pepper flakes (depends on how hot & spicy you want it to be)
½ tsp salt
½ garlic powder
1 TBS butter

Chop green onions and sauté in butter, oil or Pam in sauce pan. Drain and chop artichokes. Squeeze out excess water from spinach. Add artichokes and spinach to green onions. Mix and heat until warm. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients and stir until hot.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita chips or crackers. Also, makes a great filling for quesadillas.
