Dr Don's Buffalo Wing Sauce It's easy, but brand names are important. Equal parts Crystal's Hot Sauce and melted butter for the wing sauce. The best way to do it is to get them both to room temperature and put them in the blender. You end up with kind of a ketchup consistency.  But stirring them together works just as well.
