Gumbo Burgers
1 TBS Shortening
1/4 onion
1 LB ground beef
1 can Campbell's Chicken Gumbo Soup
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 Heaping TBS French's mustard
Dash Pepper
Sauté onion and ground beef in shortening. After meat is browned, drain. Combine in bowl soup, liquid smoke, mustard and pepper. Add to
beef mixture. Heat 5-10 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
