Gorgonzola Butter

8 oz butter
4 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1/2 to 1 TBS Fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp dry thyme
1/2 TBS pepper

Soften Butter. Mix ingredients. Roll into a log, wrap & chill. Slice & serve on hot grilled steak. Will keep in freezer for 2 months.
