WYCD Dr. Don Show Interns

Shannon Westfall

Shannon was traumatized so severely after her internship that she went to her home in Berkley and refused to come out of her bedroom for 11 months. She occupied her time working at home as one of those 1-900 "operators." Then she finally recovered sufficiently and lined up a gig as a part-time promotions schlep and grunt for our sister station, WOMC. She is now married to a cement mason and has 5 children, 2 dogs, an iguana and a pet Amazon monkey named Cedric. She always tells us that she's going to come by for a visit but usually turns out to be a no show. We really miss her!

Update: As of early March 2002, Shannon had taken a position with the M.S. Society. Those lucky enough to work with her will come to know why we loved her so much at the old radio station. Shannon has had a 6th child. Her name is Afentra.

Update spring 2005. Shannon has actually been a frequent visitor to the Dr. Don show helping Pete pull off his outlandish pranks out in the field. I'm glad the mental wounds have healed sufficiently that she doesn't shake violently when entering the Dr. Don radio control room. (You might want to share that medication with others in your condition, Shannon, because it's working well.)
