Patti Collins

Patti Collins joined the morning show just in time for the big Downtown Hoedown at Hart Plaza in May of 2004.  Unfortunately she didn't get to see much of the show.  Vice cops nabbed her after she succumbed to one of those "Show Us Your..." signs.

Patti stormed out (couldn't take it any longer) in July of 2004 and immediately went into psychiatric care.

We suspect Patti may be mad at us as well.  When we filled out her final "report card" for Central Michigan University (where she has attended classes for the last 17 years) we said on her evaluation that other than drooling and uncontrolled flatulence, she was a great intern.  Her professor, we hear, doesn't have a sense of humor.  Oh well.

As for Patti's immediate future plans she hopes to get better at making those little curly swirls on top of ice cream cones at the Dairy Queen where she works.  She particularly struggles with getting the chocolate ones right.

Patti's long range goals include having a huge family with at least 8 to 10 children, a honeymoon in Gary, Indiana and getting the huge tattoo removed from her behind.

You want to know the funniest thing about Patti?  She interned with us to determine whether radio might be a good option for her career.  We asked her at the end of her internship if she was going to try and get into the field.  Her answer?  No!  I guess we actually did her a favor!

In all seriousness, Patti was one of the quickest studies we've ever had here. She quickly picked up on everything and then got really bored.  Sorry, Patti!

We all wish Patti all the best with all future endeavors.  Keep in touch, Patti!
