Michele McCullough

Michele joined the Dr. Don Show in late September of 2005.  Like so many of our interns, Michele comes to us from the Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts and Hernia Repair in Southfield.

She was absolutely amazing the minute she walked into the control room and immediately lashed out at Dr. Don with an insult.  It was at that very minute that we knew she was a perfect fit with the morning show and we "hired" her on the spot.

Michele is a very busy young woman.  She wrestles alligators to earn extra spending cash and is a world class tiddlywinks player.  In fact if her radio career doesn't turn out, she may go on the road and  join the TPL -- Tiddlywinks Professional League. And if all this isn't enough, Michele also races monster trucks on weekends.

When asked about her career plans in the future, Michele says:  "Well to be honest with you, I had really intended to try for a career in radio.  But then I met Dr. Don and now I'm giving serious consideration to heading in another direction although that Bob Schuman is such a nice man I may still pursue a future in radio."

Michele is also a culinary genius and has written a new cookbook entitled Recipes for America's Songbirds.  Says Michele:  "You'd be amazed at how much meat comes off a common house sparrow!  And a couple of blue jays -- that's more than most would want to eat at one meal!"

But seriously folks, Michele was a great addition to the Dr. Don Show.  She's spirited, sassy, intelligent, and funny -- all the things lacking in the host of the show!

Michelle ran for her life (left the Dr. Don show) in late winter of 2006.  Like Erika White, the lure of cold, hard cash was too much to pass up and she weaseled her way into a gig with the WYCD programming department.

Michelle -- we wish you all the best!  You are a great talent with huge potential, full of energy and enthusiasm, and a wonderfully sick sense of humor.  No wonder you fit in so well with Doc and the gang.

We really miss your bright face around the place.  Keep in touch!
